Long enough to look beyond the next patient, meeting, article? Not to mention the next meal to cook or child/spouse/parent to check in with? Mehab has been set up by clinicians who realise that amid all this caring and worrying about everyone and everything else, you are often bottom of the pile.

Mehab is a space that provides coaching, practical advice, resources, a community and most importantly a listening ear  to clincians who dream of something differerent. We are in times of significant change. Forward thinking and curious clinicians are ideally placed to lead that change, but we need to be well, not overwhelmed by our day-to-day clinical workload, forgetting that work is part of our life not all of  life.   We need to be confident, clear in our mission and supported by like minded thinkers.
